Kota Kinabalu: TOURISM, Culture and Environment Minister, Datuk Masidi Manjun, witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Sabah Cultural Board and Gyeonggi Arts Centre, Korea, at the Pentas Budaya, Kampung Warisan at the State Museum, in Kota Kinabalu, Tuesday.
